挪威北极大学与莫斯科高等经济学院正在合作推进的这一项目，致力于收集和分析俄语中的多词语法构式。其主要成果《俄语构式库》收录了超过一千个构式（且持续扩充中），堪称目前全球各语言中规模最大的开放式构式库资源。该资源面向俄语学习者及研究者免费开放，可通过互联网自由获取。

虽然词典等工具书会收录部分构式，但许多构式类型仍未被涵盖。这并非工具书的缺陷，而是因其编纂宗旨不同：它们本就不是为二语学习者提供全面构式清单而设计的。《俄语构式库》项目正是聚焦这些”缺失的构式”，尤其是对俄语学习者最为关键的核心构式。
